1. Where We Ship
We ship across India to all pin codes serviced by our courier partners. Use the pin code checker on any product page to confirm delivery to your location.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Time
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery to remote areas, or during sales, festivals or unforeseen events, may take longer.
3. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹40 applies per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Any offers on free shipping will be shown on the website or at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by email/SMS. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help as quickly as possible. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the recipient is unavailable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may carry an additional shipping charge.
