These Terms & Conditions govern your use of chargegreen.in (the “Website”) and purchases made on it from Charge Green (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Products & Pricing
- We try to display products, specifications and images accurately, but minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is accepted when we dispatch the order.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) or by Cash on Delivery where available. We do not store your card details.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive or that cannot be fulfilled.
4. Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and Warranty & Repair Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using its content for unlawful purposes. All content, logos and images on the Website belong to Charge Green or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse, incompatible devices or failure to follow product instructions.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
