The warranty will be void in the following cases:
- Product is not registered
- Physical damage, breakage, cracks, dents, or liquid damage
- Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Use of incompatible chargers, cables, or accessories
- Tampering, modification, or opening of the product by unauthorized personnel
- Damage caused due to power surges, accidents, fire, or natural calamities
Repair Policy
- In case of any issue, the product must be couriered by the customer to the company’s Head Office for inspection and repair.
- Courier / shipping charges for repair are to be borne by the customer, both ways.
- After inspection:
- If the product is repairable, it will be repaired and returned.
- If the product is not repairable, it will be replaced at a nominal cost, as determined by the company.
Replacement Terms
- Replacement (if applicable) may be with:
- The same model, or
- An equivalent model of similar specifications, subject to availability.
- Replacement does not extend or reset the original warranty period.
General Terms & Conditions
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject warranty claims after inspection.
- All decisions taken by the company regarding warranty, repair, or replacement shall be final and binding.
- This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- The policy may be updated or modified without prior notice.
