Are the products original and under warranty?
Yes. All Charge Green products are 100% original and come with a 1-year warranty. Simply register your product within 15 days of purchase to activate it. See our Warranty & Repair Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually delivered in 3–7 business days across India. A flat ₹40 shipping charge applies. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes. You can also pay securely online with UPI, cards or netbanking via Razorpay.
Can I return or exchange a product?
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
How do I register my product for warranty?
Go to our Warranty & Repairs page and fill in your product model, invoice number and purchase details within 15 days of purchase to activate your 1-year warranty.
